Footwork – Salsa *

Salsa dancing incorporates dancing in a couple (partnerwork) and a “freestyle” part, when the two dancers during a song still dance together towards each other but without any specific hold. This allows the dancers for their free interpretation of the music, the rhythm and gives a space for their own creativity in terms of footwork.
The Footwork class is dedicated to both, MEN and WOMEN at the minimum INTERMEDIATE level in dancing SALSA NY style (on 2). During the class, beside of different combinations of steps with body movement that we will practice, you can definitely expect a big part of rhythmicity and musicality exercises.
